§ 10-4. Information required to be submitted to commissioner of revenue by building permit holder.

(a)

Each person required to have a building permit pursuant to this article shall advise the commissioner of the revenue as to the name and address of all contractors or subcontractors working under such building permit, to include all plumbing, electrical and mechanical permits and the value in dollars of each.

(b)

Should any person fail to submit the name, address and dollar amount of all contractors or subcontractors to the commissioner of the revenue and it is determined that such contractors or subcontractors are working on a project for which a permit was issued in their name, he could be held liable for any tax due and not reported to the commissioner of the revenue.
