§ 10-103. Enforcement.

(a)

Whenever a violation of any provision of this division occurs or is alleged to have occurred, the building official shall investigate and take action thereon.

(b)

Violation of any provision of this division shall be made punishable by a fine of not more than $300.00 or confinement in jail for not more than 30 days, either or both. Each day's violation shall be construed as a separate offense.
