§ 14-48. Civil penalty for falsely representing the existence of a contractor's license and providing for a penalty.

Any person or business falsely representing to a customer or prospective customer that such a person or business has a valid "Class A" contractor's license shall be subject to a civil penalty of $2,500.00.
