§ 22-1. Industrial development authority.

(a)

There is hereby created a political subdivision of the commonwealth with such public and corporate powers as are set forth in the Industrial Development and Revenue Bond Act, constituting chapter 49 of title 15.2 of the Code of Virginia (Code of Virginia, § 15.2-4900 et seq.).

(b)

The name of the political subdivision hereby created shall be the Industrial Development Authority of Prince George County, Virginia.
