§ 22-2. Authority to consider petitions for the creation of community development authorities.

In accordance with the authority granted by Code of Virginia, § 15.2-5152(C), the county hereby elects to assume the power to consider creation of community development authorities pursuant to the Code of Virginia, Title 15.2, Chapter 51, Article 6.
