The county hereby elects to have such employees and officers of the county, who are
regularly employed full time on a salary basis and whose tenure is not restricted
as to temporary or provisional appointment, to become eligible to participate under
the group life insurance program offered by the county. The board of supervisors agrees
to deduct from the employees' wages and pay over, in the manner prescribed, the respective
amounts required by law and, further, to pay the required employer cost.
