§ 2-291. Position created; accountability; term of office; compensation.

There is hereby created the position of county administrator. The county administrator shall devote his full time to the work and service of the county under the direction of the board of supervisors, to whom he shall be accountable. He shall serve at the pleasure of the board of supervisors and receive such compensation as the board may authorized and appropriate.
