§ 50-78. Inspections.

  • (a)

    Compliance inspections. The health officer and the county administrator are hereby authorized and directed to make such inspections as are necessary to determine satisfactory compliance with this article and other applicable ordinances or legal requirements.

    (b)

    Right of entry. The health officer and the county administrator shall have the power to enter at reasonable times upon any private or public property for the purpose of inspecting and investigating conditions relating to the enforcement of this article and other applicable ordinances or legal requirements.

    (c)

    Inspection of register. The health officer and the county administrator shall have the power to inspect the register containing a record of all units and occupants using the recreational vehicle park.

    (d)

    Free access to inspect. It shall be the duty of the owners or occupants of recreational vehicle parks and units contained therein, or of the person in charge thereof, to give the health officer and the county administrator free access to such premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspection.

    (e)

    Access rights of owner. It shall be the duty of every occupant of a recreational vehicle park to give the owner thereof or his agent or employees access to any part of such recreational vehicle park or its premises at reasonable times for the purpose of making such repairs or alterations as are necessary to effect compliance with this article and other applicable ordinances or legal requirements or with any lawful order issued pursuant to this article.
