Chapter 54. OFFENSES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

§ 54-13. Prostitution.

(a)

No person, for money or its equivalent, shall commit adultery, fornication or any act in violation of Code of Virginia, § 18.2-361, or offer to commit adultery, fornication or any act in violation of Code of Virginia, § 18.2-361 and thereafter do any substantial act in furtherance thereof.

(b)

A person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
