§ 58-1. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Director means the director of the department of parks and recreation or his designee.

Park property means any property, whether real or personal, owned, operated or established by the department of parks and recreation.
