§ 58-25. Alcoholic beverages.

(a)

No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the park premises unless all proper permits and requirements have been satisfied.

(b)

Alcoholic beverages shall be dispensed from shelter areas only.

(c)

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed further than 100 feet from the area from which they are dispensed.

(d)

No group other than recognized officially chartered, business or work or civic association located physically within the boundaries of the county shall be permitted to bring alcoholic beverages onto park property. Any qualifying organizations must obtain an alcoholic beverage license from the state alcoholic beverage control board for group consumption prior to the event.
