§ 58-38. Violations; penalties.

(a)

Any person who violates any provision of this article or the permit shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.00. Each day of violation of any provision of this article shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

The county may institute a suit to restrain, enjoin or otherwise prevent a violation of this article.
