§ 62-72. Power and duties.

The director of planning shall be the subdivision agent and the zoning administrator and shall administer chapter 70, "subdivisions" and chapter 90, "zoning." He shall provide assistance to the board of supervisors, the planning commission, and the board of zoning appeals. He will be responsible for the direction and coordination of all county planning activities.
