§ 63-10. Violations; enforcement.

  • (a)

    Whenever the coordinator determines that any person is in violation of any provision of this chapter, he or she may give notice, by certified mail with return receipt requested, of such violation to the person failing to comply with any such provision and order such person to take corrective measures as are necessary within 30 calendar days from the date of notification, as shown on the return receipt.

    (b)

    If any person fails to comply with an order issued pursuant to this section, the coordinator may initiate such action as is necessary to remedy the violation, including obtaining criminal warrants, applying to courts of competent jurisdiction for injunctive relief or any other appropriate action.
