§ 70-106. Jurisdiction and applicability of ordinance.

(a)

These regulations shall govern the subdivision of all land located within the legal limits of the county occurring on or after the effective date of this ordinance. Except as provided herein, no land shall be subdivided through the use of any legal description other than a plat approved by the agent in accordance with this ordinance.

(b)

No existing subdivision shall be modified except by approval in accordance with this and other applicable ordinances of the county.

(c)

This ordinance shall govern all residential and nonresidential subdivisions.
