§ 70-112. Interpretation.

(a)

The provisions of this ordinance shall be the minimum requirements for submission, preparation and recordation of all plats and plans. Words used in the present tense include the future tense, except where the natural construction of this ordinance indicates otherwise; words in the singular number include the plural number, and words in the plural include the singular; "shall" is mandatory and not discretionary; "may" is permissive.
