§ 70-114. Effective date.

(a)

This ordinance shall be effective as of the date of adoption.

(b)

Any subdivision for which a preliminary or final plat has received written approval prior to the effective date of this ordinance and for which a final plat for the subdivision or a section thereof is recorded within one year of the date of such approval, may be developed in accordance with the subdivision ordinance in effect on the date of such approval.
