§ 70-200. Board authority.

(a)

The board, or its designated agent, shall have the authority to review, approve and disapprove the preliminary and final plats for all subdivisions of land within the legal limits of Prince George County. Any agent so designated shall perform duties in regard to subdivisions in accordance with this ordinance, and the Land Subdivision and Development Act, Title 15.2, Ordinance 22, Article 6 of the Code of Virginia.
