§ 70-202. Agent.

(a)

The Prince George County Director of Planning is appointed to be the board's designated agent to administer and enforce this ordinance. The agent's approval, disapproval, or other action shall be that of the governing body.

(b)

The agent shall exercise authority to review, approve and disapprove plats and plans for the construction of public facilities within, or associated with, all new subdivisions within the legal limits of Prince George County.

(c)

All departments, officials and public employees of the county who are vested with the duty or authority to issue permits or approvals under this ordinance shall adhere and conform to the provisions of this ordinance. Any such approvals or permits issued in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance shall be null and void.
