§ 70-208.6. Time period for consideration of waiver request; notice.

(a)

The commission shall take action on a request for a waiver within 60 days after the application is forwarded to the commission. At least ten days prior to final action, the commission shall give written notice by regular mail or by delivery to landowners adjoining the plat involved in the request.
