§ 70-508. Pre-application conference.

(a)

The applicant may schedule a conference with the agent to review a concept sketch for any proposed minor or major subdivision, in order to determine whether the sketch generally meets the requirements of the zoning and subdivision ordinances, and to identify any concerns or issues raised by the proposed subdivision. The agent's comments on the sketch shall be informal, and shall not constitute a formal approval or disapproval of the subdivision plat.
