§ 70-512.10. Term of validity of preliminary plat.

  • (a)

    A preliminary subdivision plat remains valid for five years from the date of approval provided the subdivider submits a final subdivision plat for all or a portion of the property within one year of such approval and thereafter diligently pursues approval of the final subdivision plat. Diligently pursues means that the subdivider has incurred extensive obligations or substantial expenses relating to the submitted final subdivision plat or modifications thereto. The final plat and final plans shall meet all of the submittal requirements established by this ordinance for the subdivision or section thereof. Failure to do so shall make the preliminary plat approvals null and void.
