§ 70-516.12. Disapproval of final plat.

(a)

In the case of disapproval, the agent shall give the subdivider specific reasons for denial, and these may be contained in a separate document or may be written on the plat. They shall relate in general terms such modifications or corrections as will permit approval of the plat.
