§ 70-516.14. Effect of approval of final plat.

Latest version.

(a)

Only a final plat approved by the county may be recorded with the clerk of the circuit court.

(b)

An approved final plat must be recorded with the clerk of the circuit court by the agent.

(c)

The subdivider shall record any required deeds of easement to a homeowner's association contemporaneously with the final plat.
