§ 70-516.20. Appeal of failure to act on final plat.

(a)

If the agent fails to approve or disapprove a final plat within 60 days after it has been officially submitted for approval, the subdivider, after ten days' notice to the agent, may petition the board of supervisors to decide whether the plat should or should not be approved.
