§ 70-516.24. Final plat and plans—Copies to be provided.

(a)

Subsequent to the approval of the final plat and plans, the subdivider shall provide the county with one reproducible and six printed copies of all approved plats and plans. The county may also require that the subdivider provide one digital copy of all approved plats and plans in a format specified by the county.
