§ 70-708. Off-site improvements.

(a)

Where the construction or improvement of a subdivision of land makes necessary, at least in part, the installation of a new or improved transportation, sewerage, water, or drainage facility located outside the property limits of the subdivision, the subdivider or developer of the subdivision shall pay the cost of the facility.

(b)

Nothing in this section shall imply or constitute an obligation on the part of the county to upgrade or construct any transportation, sanitary sewerage, water or storm drainage facility.
