§ 70-716. Lot shape.

(a)

Lot arrangement, design and shape shall be such that all lots will provide appropriate sites for buildings and be properly related to topography so that each lot has an acceptable building site with direct access from an improved street. Lots shall not contain peculiarly shaped elongations solely to provide necessary square footage of area which would be unusable for normal purposes.
