§ 70-728. Dedication of streets.

(a)

The subdivider shall make provision for the dedication to the county of any proposed street extensions as set forth in the comprehensive plan or in other formal documents approved by the commission and the board and for the dedication to the county of the fee simple title to land for other proposed streets in the subdivision.
