§ 70-734. Approach angle.

(a)

All streets shall approach arterial or collector streets at an angle of not less than 80 degrees unless the commission, by waiver, shall approve a lesser angle of approach for reasons of contour or terrain, in order to match existing patterns. Comments from VDOT shall accompany such waiver requests.
