§ 70-746. Street construction.

(a)

Streets shall be designed to the Virginia Department of Transportation standards. In instances where curb and gutter are required, a pavement width of 28 feet is required unless this pavement width is waived by other provisions of either the zoning ordinance or the subdivision ordinance.
