§ 70-764. Location of right-of-way iron rods.

  • (a)

    Iron rods not less than five-eighths-inch in diameter and 24 inches long shall be driven into the ground so as to be flush with finished grade at all lot corners and at all points of curvature in street right-of-way lines. When rock is encountered, a hole shall be drilled four inches deep in the rock, and an iron rod shall be cemented therein with the top flush with the finished grade.
