§ 70-770.6. Storm drainage design and construction.

(a)

The subdivider shall design and construct a storm drainage system for the subdivision. Design and construction of the storm drainage system, including inlets, pipes, culverts, and appurtenances shall be in accordance with county and VDOT standards.
