§ 70-772. Underground utility wiring.
(a)
All new or extended distribution and customer service utility facilities installed within the boundaries of new subdivisions in the Prince George Planning Area or within 200 feet of the boundaries of new subdivisions in the Prince George Planning Area for the purpose of serving the subdivision shall be underground except:
(1)
Equipment normally installed above ground in accordance with accepted utility practices for underground distribution.
(2)
Temporary overhead facilities required for construction.
(3)
Streetlights, where provided, shall be installed with underground service.
