§ 70-812. Notation on vacated plat.

(a)

Immediately upon the vacation of a recorded subdivision plat, or part thereof, the clerk of the circuit court shall write in plain legible letters across such plat or part thereof, the word, "VACATED" and also make a reference on the same to the volume and page in which the instrument of vacation is recorded. The agent shall cause similar notations to be made on any official copy of the plat retained by the county.
