§ 74-122. Collection; payment to treasurer.

The clerk of the circuit court shall collect the tax imposed by this article and pay the tax to the county treasurer. The clerk shall be entitled to compensation for his services in collecting the tax in an amount equal to five percent of the county tax collected and remitted. After deducting his compensation, he shall pay the remainder of the tax into the county treasury.
