§ 74-486. Performance agreement.

In addition to all other requirements, to be eligible for tourism zone incentives, any business must enter into a performance agreement to be approved by the board of supervisors that may include requirements for investment, capital improvements, gross sales goals and job creation and may also include further inducements granted by the county in addition to those provided by this article.
