§ 78-98. Grace periods.

(a)

Purchasers of new or used motor vehicles are allowed a 60-day grace period, beginning with the date of purchase, during which to pay the license fee imposed under this article.

(b)

New residents of the county are allowed a 60-day grace period, beginning with the date of residence in the county, during which to pay the license fee imposed by this division.
