§ 82-52. Access to property.

The director or other duly authorized employees of the department bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter all premises other than single-family residential units connected or proposed to be connected to the utility system for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, and testing in accordance with the provisions of this Code.
