§ 82-174. Construction of connection and system.

(a)

Upon approval of the application for a fire service connection by the director, the owner shall have constructed the connection from the county water main to the owner's property line. The owner of the property will be responsible for having the connection designed and installed subject to inspection by the county.

(b)

The owner shall construct the fire service system in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. Such construction shall be subject to inspection by the department.
