§ 82-205. Decorative use of hydrants.

Latest version.

No person shall place, or cause to be placed, any inoperative fire hydrant or any device that resembles a hydrant in such a manner as to be confused with functioning fire hydrants. Inoperative hydrants shall not be placed within 75 feet of any public or private roadway. If visible from a roadway, inoperative hydrants shall not be colored yellow or red or any combination of those colors.
