§ 82-368. Access to private utilities.

The county engineer or his designated employees shall, at reasonable times, be permitted to enter the premises of all privately owned utility systems operating within the county for the purposes of inspection, observation, sampling, and testing and to have access to the records of such private utility systems so as to ascertain the compliance of such private systems with the provisions of this article.
