§ 82-461. Discharge of unpolluted water prohibited.

(a)

No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged to any county sewer any unpolluted waters such as stormwater, groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, or cooling water, except polluted drainage as provided in section 82-463.

(b)

Stormwater and unpolluted drainage shall be discharged to designated storm sewers or to a natural outlet approved by the appropriate regulatory agencies.
