§ 82-603. Final inspection; covering.

(a)

Before any part of the individual wastewater disposal system, including the house sewer, shall be covered, it shall be inspected and approved by a representative of the county health department.

(b)

The wastewater disposal system shall be properly covered and backfilled immediately after approval, taking care not to disturb the pipe, grades, joints or alignment by the backfilling. If any wastewater disposal system or part thereof is covered before being finally inspected and approved as described in this section, it shall be uncovered by the installer at the direction of the health department.
